of the items included in our gift designs, we guarantee we will do it with an equal or higher value one.
About Delivery
Convenience Delivery Fee start at $10.
Deliveries are done Monday thru Friday.
Some deliveries are done after 5pm.
About Payments
We will be happy to provide a W9 to your Accounting department, in order to become vendors.
We accept credit cards (including AMEX).
We work with SQUARE and PayPal.
About Non Refundable Deposits
We kindly require a 50% non refundable deposit on all custom orders.
About Turnaround Times
We usually deliver within 24-48 hours after order is placed. This depends on size of order, gift design, property, season, day of the week, etc. Please contact us for details.
About Shipping
Yes, we do ship nationwide! Shipping will be treated on a 'case by case' scenario. Gift design will be adjusted to ensure safety of package and quality of shipment. Please contact us for details.
